Bye bye Vulpix. D: I figured I should update this, since I haven’t in awhile. 2010 isn’t starting off as well as I had hoped. My one grandmother (not the one I live with) might not make it through the night due to lung cancer. That’s what you get when you smoke though I guess. My mothers M.S. spread to her stomach and now she can’t digest food now. She has to take this medication 4 times a day to help her stomach and if it doesn’t work, then they have to put a feeding tube in her.

Might as well turn the subject to some lighter matters now. I saw Avatar, which was great. Made me want to live on Pandora and have blue skin. I also saw Princess and the Frog and Sherlock Holmes, both of which were pretty good. Avatar tops them all though. I heard that if it goes over well (which it is) there’s going to be two movies after it. Sooooooo you may or may not see some random Na’vi OC floating around my gallery here in the near future.

As for my ‘my art sucks I’ll never be good’ phase, it’s starting to wane…a little. …Maybe. At least I think it is. I sort of liked my last deviation, but I don’t know if it was enough to boost my confidence because now I’m starting to evaluate my writing and feeling the same way. Some times I can whip out some pretty long and fairly good work (for me at least) and other times I write two lines and then feel like crap. I wish there was a little device that took the story from your head and put it right in words as you imagine it. Meh… As far as that stupid Rose Red story, it’s done. I am working on a different one, but I doubt I will ever submit it here. It’s not really anything along the lines of anything I’ve written before so…

Marionette is being put through the meat grinder. I wrote the story several years ago and looking back now, I realize that some concepts are just dumb. Like the whole…element crap and whatnot. But I still need to figure out something that will set it apart from every other wolf comic out there. As for tAoF, I actually had the first page sketched out entirely, but then realized that we were redesigning the villain. I haven’t talked to ~UzumakiKitai about fixing the story yet either. I think we mentioned straying away from the whole Lycaon thing. Personally, I can’t stand even the word. Lulz. Some character sheets are going to be relined and redrawn. I have the Kitai one all ready, as soon as I can figure out how to draw a biped wereform, unless you just want the wolf form Kitai?
